How to See a Doctor

All consultations are by appointment only, you can book either on-line, by telephone or by calling at the surgery.  You can see the doctor of your choice by booking well in advance.  Failure to attend a booked appointment wastes the Doctor or Nurses time; if an appointment is cancelled in good time we can see another patient in that time.  Therefore please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or alter an appointment.  Repeated failure to turn up may result in your name being removed from our register requiring you to register with another practice.

Please note: Online appointments are only available with the GP's, please telephone the surgery if you need to book an appointment with a nurse or healthcare assistant.

For urgent matters please phone early in the morning in order to be seen on the same day.

How to Speak to a Doctor

Please ring the surgery after 10.30 and ask for a telephone consultation with a GP. Urgent matters can be dealt with on the day but routine matters can be booked into a telephone slot with the Doctor of your choice.
